My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious, with a huge jacuzzi bath, beautiful and had a great view of the second-floor garden. However, the jacuzzi tub made horrible noises a couple of times. The service was top-notch, very helpful, polite, and always available. The location was superb, just 5 minutes from the train station and within walking distance of major sights. The dining experience was excellent, with a large choice of well-presented dishes. The facilities were outstanding.
I had the most amazing stay at this hotel! The room was incredibly spacious with a huge jacuzzi bath, a large sitting room with a fireplace, and a beautiful canopied bed in the bedroom. The room also had two huge fitted wardrobes, a safe, a writing desk, and even a fridge stocked with complimentary drinks. It was like a dream - truly Instagram-worthy!

Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience overall. However, there were some service issues that detracted from an otherwise wonderful stay.
The hotel is centrally located in the heart of Florence with a rare first-floor spacious garden for relaxation and breakfast. The rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable while still retaining the historic charm of the palazzo. The service was a bit disappointing with issues in communication and invoicing. The dining options were excellent and offered a large choice of delicious dishes.
I felt like royalty during our romantic weekend getaway in a room that was like a beautiful work of art, surrounded by incredible frescos. But unfortunately, the noise from the adjacent staff and kitchen rooms was a continuous disturbance throughout our stay.
